On the day, garage door installation can take anywhere from one hour to a few hours. Your Garolla Installer will be able to give you a better idea once they arrive, and they'll keep you informed throughout the process.
To get an estimated quote, you'll only need a few basic measurements, such as the width, for our online door builder.
Once you've booked a free survey, your local Garolla Surveyor will take precise measurements and confirm the correct specifications before your garage door is manufactured and installed.

Final payment is made after your garage door installation is complete. From February 2026, we started a trial taking deposit payments via online payment provider, Ryft. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of placing your order. The remaining balance will be due following installation. Your surveyor will be able to confirm the payment arrangements for your garage installation.
You will then be invited to register your garage door to activate your warranty and receive your user manual.
The process starts with a free survey, where your local Garolla Surveyor will assess your garage, take accurate measurements and discuss your options.
Once your made-to-measure garage door has been manufactured, our installation team will remove your existing door, install your new roller garage door and check that everything is working correctly. We'll also show you how to operate your new door and recycle your old garage door where possible.
