Garolla Black Friday 2026 Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The offer

1. The Garolla Black Friday 2026 promotion (the “Promotion”) is run by Garolla Holdings Ltd, Unit 9 Velocity Point, Castleton Road, Leeds, United Kingdom, LS12 2EE (“Garolla”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligible customers will receive the following discounts off the price of their door:

- 10% off Titan doors.

- 10% off Titan Shield doors.

- 5% off Transform Pro doors.

3. The Promotion does not apply to Transform doors or to any door range not listed in clause 2.

4. The discount applies to the price of the door only, as shown on your Garolla quote. It does not apply to accessories, optional extras or additional services.

Who can claim it

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

- You book your free survey between 00:00 on Monday 26th October 2026 and 23:59 on Monday 30 November 2026, and the survey takes place on or before Friday 18 December 2026; or

- Your survey takes place between Sunday 1 November 2026 and Monday 30 November 2026, regardless of when it was booked.

6. Surveys booked during November 2026 that take place on or after Friday 18 December 2026 do not qualify, including where a survey is rescheduled to a later date at the customer's request.

7. The Promotion is open to residential customers in the UK who are aged 18 or over.

Order deadline

8. To receive the Promotion discount, your order must be placed by 5:59pm on Friday 15 January 2027.

9. This deadline applies to the Promotion only and is separate from the standard validity of Garolla quotes. Garolla quotes are normally valid for 30 days; however, the Promotion discount will only be honoured on orders placed by the deadline in clause 8, even if your quote is still within its 30-day validity period after that date.

10. An order is treated as placed when the deposit (if required) is paid and the order is confirmed by Garolla.

General terms

11. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Garolla offer, discount or promotion, unless otherwise stated.

12. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the Promotion, or to orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.

13. There is no cash alternative, credit or monetary replacement for the Promotion. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

14. The discount applies to each eligible door on an order. There is no limit to the number of eligible doors that can be discounted on a single order.

15. Garolla reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed under the Promotion will not be affected.

16. Garolla's decision on eligibility for the Promotion is final.

17. These terms are in addition to Garolla's standard terms and conditions of sale, which continue to apply to all orders. In the event of any conflict, these Promotion terms take precedence for the Promotion only.

18. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

19. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
