I’ve had a great experience with Garolla mostly because of the competence, helpfulness and friendly character of Jamie, our installer. But also the call assistant, Callum, I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and concise with his questions and answers which helped pin down what I was looking for. The installation was so quick and easy with no problems or delays, the made to measure door fitted perfectly and the explanation of how everything worked was simple and straight forward. Even the mess was cleaned up not to mention the old door being taken away (so wasn’t expecting that). Altogether I’m really satisfied with the service I’ve received and would definitely use you again and recommend you to friends. I actually didn’t think the service would be as good as its been because in general I’ve found a lot of service industries to be a bit unreliable. However that’s not been my experience with Garolla and I must say I’m very impressed not to mention chuffed with my new ‘secure’ garage door.
